HAKKOでは、その伝統を大切にしながらも、すべて植物性で、しかも自社専用の施設(動物性原料を一切使わない)で製造しています。「プラントベース」と言うからには、本当に100%プラントベースであることにこだわっています。

2. オリジナルスパイスで風味を層のように重ね、奥行きをプラス
3. 天然海藻ケーシングに充填し、職人が一本ずつツイスト
4. スチームでじっくり加熱 → 急冷 → 真空パック → 急速冷凍

Traditional sausage making is indeed a time-honored art form with a rich history, and at HAKKO, we embrace this legacy. We employ the same meticulous methods and utilize precision machinery, complemented by the essential touch of our hands, to create our exceptional plant-based sausages. Crucially, our entire production takes place in a dedicated facility that has never processed meat or animal products. This commitment ensures that when we say "plant-based," we mean 100% plant-based, from start to finish.
Our journey begins with our proprietary pea protein base, carefully blended in a high-speed bowl cutter. This mix is then expertly seasoned with our unique, signature spice blends, developed to bring out the very best in each flavor. Once perfectly chilled, this flavorful mixture is fed into our state-of-the-art extruder. We then load the nozzle with our all-natural, seaweed-based casing, and voilà! – Out emerges a beautiful, smooth rope of sausage. The final, artisanal touch is where the fun truly begins: each sausage is hand-twisted with care.
To ensure ultimate freshness and lock in all that delicious flavor, our sausages are then steam-baked in our specialized ovens, quickly chilled, and immediately packed and frozen. The result is a premium, plant-based sausage ready for you to enjoy.
