HAKKO Plant-Based Foodは、日本で長年暮らす 3 名の外国人が立ち上げた小さなブランドです。
バックグラウンドは ブリューイング（発酵）·料理·音楽＆クリエイティブ と多種多様。それぞれの個性と経験を掛け合わせ、「プラントベースフードをもっとおいしく、もっと面白くする」という共通のミッションに挑んでいます。

Three long-term foreign residents of Japan founded HAKKO Plant-Based Food Co., each bringing a unique background and passion to the table. We might be very different, but we share a singular, powerful goal: to elevate plant-based food to exciting new heights. Whether driven by a commitment to personal health, a desire to protect our planet and ecosystem, or simply the immense challenge and joy of culinary innovation, we are united in our mission.
